Event Hosting & Preperation Details
What you will need for your Diva Event.
- A minimum of 15 registered attendees for the event
- Projector screen or blank wall for Barb’s presentation
- Refreshments for attendees: Coffee, wine, water, cheese, fruit
- Chairs for the event attendees
- Keep a list/spreadsheet of registered attendees and their method of payment. This will help you with a head count and the amount of money you collect for the event.
- Space for a fashion show to take place – if applicable
- 3 tables – 1 for refreshments, 1 small for Barb’s projector, 1 display table for signing and holding Books/CDs
What we will provide for your Diva Event

- A free autographed copy of the book for your store
- Your event will be displayed on our webpage and social media sites along with your store details.
- A free autographed copy of the book for each event attendee.
- A press release and flier will be provided to the store to hand/send out
